Ai Project Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Lead to oversee and guide the development of our AI MVP. Your role will involve providing strategic direction, mentoring young developers, and ensuring the system's safety and security. You will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and selecting the appropriate AI models to drive our project forward.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the development of the AI MVP, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Guide, review, and provide feedback on system architecture to optimize performance.
• Offer expert guidance on AI model selection and sequencing to enhance project outcomes.
• Act as a team lead, mentoring and guiding young developers to foster their growth.
• Ensure the safety and security of the system by implementing best practices.
• Review and mentor junior developers, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist in designing secure systems to protect data integrity and privacy.

Required Skills

• Solid experience in senior roles such as Tech Lead or CTO, with a proven track record.
• Proven experience with AI projects, demonstrating hands-on involvement.
• Good knowledge of optimized LLM systems and their applications.
• Proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Experience in JavaScript for frontend or backend tasks.
• Familiarity with OfficeJS for integration purposes.
• Strong understanding of security standards to ensure robust system protection.
• Deployment experience to manage and execute project rollouts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale RAG development or knowledge-graph development.
• Prior experience with fine-tuning small or large models to enhance AI capabilities.
