AI-Native Founding Engineer

Role Overview

Join us as a Founding Engineer to help build an AI-native operations platform focused on patient access. Our goal is to streamline processes like patient enrollment in assistance programs and coverage verification, allowing AI to manage routine tasks while humans focus on complex decisions. You will play a pivotal role in developing this platform for a patient access infrastructure company aimed at serving emerging biopharma, with a large customer engagement in place targeting go-live later in the year.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop entire verticals of the product, ensuring they align with our mission and goals.
• Make critical architectural decisions that will shape the platform for years to come.
• Write and deploy code that will be integral to processing real patient cases.
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to innovate and build a robust patient access platform.

Required Skills

• Strong engineering skills with a focus on building scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience in making architectural decisions and owning product verticals.
• Ability to write production-level code and ensure its quality and performance.
