AI Multi-Agent Platform Developer - Full-time [Contract-to-hire] - LATAM/NA

We’re an AI-powered M&A firm building a modular automation platform to help brands scale faster and prepare for exit.

The frontend mockup is live. Core automation logic is partially built. Now we’re executing fast.

We’re looking for a founding AI engineer who can take loose specs and ship working MVPs in days, not months. Someone who can build structured systems around LLMs, scrapers, and APIs, and turn AI workflows into business results.

What You’ll Do

• Build production-ready automation agents using GPT/Claude, APIs, and structured inputs/outputs
• Use tools like n8n, Apify, Airtable, Tally, Webflow to move fast without reinventing the wheel
• Architect clear workflows: no spaghetti chains, just typed steps and reliable outputs
• Handle real-world edge cases: scraping limits, retries, validation, prompt failures
• Ship the first working agents, dashboards, and feedback loops — fast
• Act as technical lead, with potential to scale into fractional CTO or equity partner

• You’ve built and shipped your own AI agent or automation system (LLM + workflow logic)
• You think in systems: inputs, failures, fallback logic, observability
• You’ve worked with growth, ops, or M&A teams (or have curiosity for how businesses scale)
• You’re resourceful and ruthless about building only what moves the needle
• You’re US-based or in an EST-friendly time zone
