AI Multi-Agent Platform Developer - Full-time [Contract-to-hire] - LATAM/NA

Job description
We're a AI-powered M&A firm building a multi-agent AI platform to help health & wellness brands dominate their niche.

The mockup is live, and the M&A platform is half-baked. Now we’re executing it, with speed and scale.

We need a technical partner who can think in systems, own the product logic, build from chaos, and ship fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and ship working MVPs within days and weeks not months
• Select the right orchestration tools (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.)
• Integrate low/no-code tools for velocity (n8n, Tally, Webflow, Airtable, etc.)
• Own output, not just hours
• Act as technical lead with potential to convert to full-time or equity

Must Have:

• Prior experience building LLM agent systems (bonus: real-world use cases with brands)
• Architectural clarity + startup execution style
• You’ve shipped your own product or led builds end-to-end
• Based in US or EST-compatible timezone preferred
