Role Overview

Join us in an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading national resource that provides expert guidance to organizations nationwide. This project aims to design and implement a comprehensive suite of six integrated modules to enhance data analysis, reporting, surveys, training/outreach, and user assistance capabilities. We seek to modernize both internal and public-facing systems using advanced AI-powered tools and automated workflows while maintaining strict data security and privacy standards. We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to architect and implement a comprehensive chatbot solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive chatbot solution utilizing advanced AI and ML technologies.
• Architect and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with vector databases and LLM.
• Develop and maintain document processing pipelines and embedding models.
• Utilize Python/Flask for development and integrate with cloud AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and implement enterprise-grade safety measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience in RAG systems, vector databases, and LLM integration.
• Proficiency in developing document processing pipelines and embedding models.
• Strong experience with Python/Flask development.
• Familiarity with cloud AI APIs, including OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Understanding of data security and privacy standards.

• Strong Experience with relation SQL databases
• Experience with front-end UI (Bootstrap/React)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
