AI Developer (React/Node.js) - PT Freelance - Worldwide

We’re a pre-seed AI recruiting startup revolutionizing how candidates apply and recruiters source talent through chatbots.

We’re looking for a versatile full-stack developer who thrives on rapid prototyping and can scale those prototypes into production-ready systems.

What you’ll do

• Build PoCs end-to-end: prototype candidate-apply, recruiter-sourcing, and job-search chatbots in days, not months.

• Implement RAG pipelines using LlamaIndex or LangChain with a vector DB.

• Wire in PDF parsing (LlamaParse, PDF.co) and remote MCP servers (CoreSignal, Exa, LinkedIn Outreach).

• Deploy embeddable widgets (React / Next.js) you can share instantly with users.

• Iterate fast on feedback and evolve prototypes into scalable features.

What you bring

• 3+ years building production-grade web apps (React, Next.js, Node.js or equivalent).

• Hands-on with conversational AI, prompt design, and dialog flows.

• Experience integrating REST/SSE APIs and microservices.

• A true agile mindset: fearless with PoCs, data-driven iterations, and planning for scale.

• Bonus: familiarity with EU-based hosting/GDPR, Stripe, or LinkedIn automations.
