AI Developer - Camera Object Identification System

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design and implement a sophisticated camera object identification system for our food production facility. The primary objective is to leverage camera technology to enhance operational efficiency by detecting and identifying people and objects in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a camera-based system to track and count items on production lines, measure throughput, and detect downtime.
• Design solutions to monitor personnel compliance with policies, including hand washing and PPE requirements, and track presence in specific zones for labor allocation.
• Create systems to track materials using QR codes or other labeling techniques, automating their movement across the facility from receiving to storage and specific pallet locations.
• Integrate camera feeds and key performance indicators (KPIs) into our custom production management app for real-time monitoring and dashboard visualization.

Required Skills

• Expertise in AI development and camera object recognition technologies.
• Experience with tracking systems and data integration into management software.
