AI Chatbot Developer (Data Preparation & OCR) - Part-time - EMEA/APAC

We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer with expertise in handling large datasets and preparing data for custom chatbot solutions. The focus lies on OCR-based document processing, data preparation, and integrating chatbots with advanced data handling pipelines.

Responsibilities:

OCR Processing and Data Preparation:

• Apply OCR algorithms to extract structured data from large volumes of unstructured documents (e.g., PDFs).
• Optimize extracted data for use in vector databases for efficient querying and retrieval.
  Chatbot Development:
• Design and implement custom AI chatbots capable of retrieving and processing complex data (e.g., user manuals, contracts, or product information).
• Ensure chatbots can handle real-time queries and deliver accurate, context-aware responses.
  Database Management:
• Integrate chatbots with vector databases to enable semantic search and improve query performance.
• Build pipelines to store, process, and retrieve data efficiently in large-scale applications.
  Optimization and Automation:
• Streamline the data processing and retrieval pipeline to optimize chatbot performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks in data preparation and ensure scalability for handling large datasets.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in OCR implementation and processing large amounts of unstructured data.
• Proficiency in developing AI-based chatbots using frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom ML models.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar) for semantic search applications.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, preprocessing, and optimization for AI systems.
