We work with the best apps in gaming, fintech, and eCommerce verticals. We help their growth efforts of user acquisition and retargeting and provide data-driven insights from our predictive models, which process over 4 million
transactions a second and have more than 60 data points!
We are seeking an Account Executive for the Chinese market to join our global team. In this role, you will initiate, manage and grow relationships with our key clients and prospects in the greater China region. The responsibility is full-cycle: From reach-outs to upsell and ongoing communication (50% business development, 50% account management) The position offers a fully remote work model.
In your position, you will:
- Fully comprehend advertisers' marketing needs and translate how Persona.ly’s programmatic solution will drive KPIs and goals.
- Interface, negotiate, and develop long-term, high-impact relationships with In-app gaming
and other verticals. to build business partnerships and support company’s growth.
- Identify prospects, generate sales leads, negotiate and close new business via emails, calls, meetings, etc.
- Manage and maintain clients’ success, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Network at commercial events & meet-ups within the mobile space to build business relationships and partnerships
- Liaise with our internal technical & operation teams
- Communicate to HQ the clients’ data and needs
Required Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years experience in a Sales/Account Management/Analyst role in mobile advertising/ gaming industries
- Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth.
- Must be data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical mindset
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
- High level of written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate complex models and concepts
- Native proficiency in Chinese and a very high level of proficiency in English for daily communication with HQ.
