A culture of radical transparency

We default to transparency. Leadership meetings for all team members to view. Board meeting decks and investor updates are shared with the entire company. We document everything and don’t rely on oral tradition to retain important knowledge. We believe that people can do their best work when they have full context and live by equitable practices that make it easy for us to be transparent.

Team members as owners

We believe that team members should experience RevenueCat’s financial success and we have lofty goals for team member percent ownership at the time of exit. We also have a ten year post termination exercise window for team members.
