As a leader for the Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG), it is especially important for me to help create a safe and welcoming environment rich in culture in the workplace. Bias towards action means driving as much impact as possible on a daily basis and maximizing what we can deliver to our members each day. For me, bias towards action also means constantly trying to raise the bar, an attitude that has facilitated so much professional and personal growth for me since I joined Modern Health in its early days.
