What Clearstory is building
About the engineering team
The engineering team at Clearstory is currently grouped into two teams: The Bridge Builders, who build and maintain our integrations, and the Feature Creatures, who build out our web application feature set. The teams named themselves when they were created, and as we add new teams they'll get to name -- and even rename -- themselves as they wish.
We're follow a standard 2 week sprint pattern with planning, standup, review and retrospective meetings. Our emphasis is on fast feedback, transparency and predictability -- so we make time for up-front design and assessment to limit surprises down the line.
The team is geographically distributed across the US and India, with 7 team members across the continental US and 2 remoting in from India.
Recently other departments at Clearstory have been bringing on talent from the Philippines, and I look forward to expanding our team!
