What Certa is building
A state-of-the-art workflow automation system catering to the largest enterprises out there. Our customer-centric approach inspired us to build a platform that can scale to millions of fully-customizable business processes without the need to write any code. We're such a massive fan of our platform that we run a bunch of our internal processes on it to stay closer to our customer experience.
About the engineering team
Certa’s team has been fully distributed since 2015, we love getting things done async. Two mantras work for us - commitment and (over-)communication. To ensure you get the focus time you need and things don’t get lost in translation, you’ll be expected to communicate transparently and frequently.
As a tech team member, you'll be expected to write software that works on an enterprise-level scale and ideate on new and better ways to use the platform. You’ll typically start your day by going to your ergonomic desk setup (thanks to our workstation allowance) and huddling with your fully-distributed team, talking about your achievements and commitments & unblocking other members who might be dependent on you. You get the rest of the day to yourself - Live it! Love it! The day is yours! The team follows a 2-week scrum methodology; typical recurring meetings would be the daily huddles, bi-weekly plannings & retrospectives.
