About Angel Protocol

Angel Protocol connects charities to more donors, provides them with a more reliable income stream and allows them to focus on what they do best. Donations are directed to their Angel Protocol account and automatically invested in low-risk, high-yielding products made possible by blockchain technologies (also known as Decentralized Finance or DeFi). Every week, a portion of the interest from those DeFi products is sent to the charity and the remainder is automatically reinvested, compounding in perpetuity. Now, when donors give once, they give forever, so all charities can freely enjoy the same benefits as large institutional charitable endowments.

About the engineering team

We have daily stand-ups/check-ins (async, via text) with a team group chat for quick issues and discussions in Discord.

We have bi-weekly sprint planning meetings and a sprint demo day at the end of each sprint. Other than those two meetings, we try to minimize in-person meetings time whenever possible, favoring more efficient async communications.
