About the engineering team
21st Century Distributing has been in the Wholesale Electronics Distribution industry fir ofer 40 Years,
We began with just our headquarters location in Garner, NC and have grown to eight locations throughout the Southeast.
We have developed our complete software package in house, beginning with FoxPro and eventually migrating to ColdFusion back when it was owned by Allaire and just recently moved to CFServer 2023.
We're often aske why we're "still" using CF, and the answer is always the same; CF allows us to quickly deploy modify and troubleshoot our in-house software in real-time. There's nothing we can't seem to accomplish. If a user has a request for a feature addition or modification, it can be a matter of minutes before that update can be launched.
Add-on's like bootstrap, javascript, etc. have allowed us to stay far ahead of the competition while keeping the interface user friendly and mobile/desktop compliant.
