How we’ll pick the winner:
After the deadline (May 15th, 2021), one winner will be selected from all eligible quote retweets using a randomizer tool.
We will contact the winner via Twitter.

Giveaway entry eligibility:
All entrants must follow @arcdotdev on Twitter and quote retweet our giveaway tweet with a full description of your remote office gear wishlist before 5/15/21 11:59 PM PST. Must be 18+ years old to enter. Entries are limited to one per person. People who attempt multiple entries in any form or are found to be participating in suspicious spamming, and/or cheating activities will be automatically disqualified.
Winner selection:
Arc team will select one winner from all eligible quote retweet entries, using a random selection tool. We will contact the winner via Twitter with next steps. If the winner does not respond to our contact attempts within one week, they will lose the prize and the Arc team will select a new winner.
Eligible wishlist items:
Eligible hardware includes: office chairs, desks, monitors, computers, headphones, lighting, organizers, and other items that are clearly intended to improve a home office space. Some remote work software may be purchasable in gift format, depending on the provider.
The following are NOT eligible wishlist items:
Any item that the Arc team deems irrelevant to improving your remote work office space / remote work experience. E.g. a new refrigerator, video games, a diamond ring, a pet cat, etc. Subscription-format software purchases will not be eligible.
How your wishlist items will be purchased:
The purchasing method of the wishlist items will depend on the winner's current location. Some items may be unavailable to send to certain regions. Some items may not be purchasable, in which case the winner must choose an alternative option. The Arc team will work together with the winner to find the best way to purchase the wishlist items or similar options. In the case of circumstances that are out of our control affecting our ability to carry out the giveaway, the Arc team reserves the right to decline to complete the giveaway purchases. The total cost of the items, including shipping and handling fees and any other fees must not exceed $2000 USD.
Other:
The Arc team reserves the right to make judgement calls on the giveaway should disputes arise.
By entering the giveaway, the user agrees to have their information to be used for giveaway purposes, including, but not limited to, being contacted and name being publicized by Arc when announcing the winner.
Once you've received all of your new gifts, you'll need to send us a photo of your awesome new setup so we can share it with our followers!
