We have plans, we have goals, and we have meetings about how to reach those goals. Every solution I propose is well-received. I can see that they are getting better results. Since I am delivering value, I feel very secure in the position. My initial contract was 12 weeks, 20 hours each week. They recently extended my contract which I\u2019m very happy about! Since this is a remote job, I can easily work from home. I also have the flexibility to work on my own projects, such as growing my social media channels. As a senior marketer, it\u2019s very important to build and maintain authority for my personal brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another thing is that as a remote worker because you\u2019re not in a physical office, communication is even more important.
