#### About the Role
Client has strong traction with local organizers, nightlife, and grassroots events. The next priority is growing the base of enterprise-level paid-event organizers — larger venues, promoters, festival operators, sports/entertainment orgs — who run higher-volume paid ticketing and drive more fee revenue. You'll define and potentially execute the strategy to win this segment.

#### Responsibilities
- Define ICP for enterprise/high-volume paid-event organizers (venue size, ticket volume, event frequency)
- Build acquisition strategy: outbound, partnerships, industry events, referral from existing organizers
- Develop positioning for larger organizers 
- Potentially execute outreach/campaigns to validate and open the segment
- Work with product/ops on gaps that block bigger organizers from converting
- Track pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact from new paid organizers

#### Requirements
- GTM/growth experience acquiring B2B customers, ideally in marketplace, ticketing, or platform businesses with a take-rate/fee model
- Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution
- US market experience
- Direct client-facing communication skills

#### Nice to Have
- Experience in ticketing, live events, or venue/promoter relationships
- Experience growing take-rate revenue on a two-sided marketplace
