We develop, operate, and scale our own full-cycle products across several high-growth digital verticals. For this role, your primary focus will be iGaming.

We are looking for a Creative Producer / Content Creator specializing in the Turkish market. This is a hybrid role for a creative strategist who is also hands-on in production. You will be responsible for identifying local trends, reverse-engineering competitor campaigns, and rapidly creating high-converting advertising creatives (video and static) for TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities
--------------------

*   Monitor Turkish trends, viral content, memes, local culture, and consumer behavior on a daily basis.
*   Research competitor advertising campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
*   Create and produce 5–10 new video hooks and static creative variations daily using tools such as Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
*   Work closely with Media Buyers in a live collaboration environment, analyzing performance metrics (CTR, CR, ROAS) and rapidly iterating creatives based on campaign results.
*   Generate new creative concepts, advertising angles, and content ideas tailored to the Turkish market.

Requirements
------------

*   Native or fluent Turkish with a deep understanding of local internet culture, humor, trends, and consumer behavior.
*   Intermediate or higher English or Russian for internal communication.
*   Proven experience creating direct-response advertising creatives (video and static) for paid traffic acquisition.
*   Strong proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, or similar creative tools.
*   Understanding of TikTok Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems.
*   Ability to identify winning creative patterns and quickly transform insights into production-ready assets.

Nice to Have

*   Experience in iGaming, Gambling, Betting, Crypto, or Subscription-based Mobile Apps.
*   Experience working with UGC content.
*   Basic motion design and animation skills.
