**Role Overview**

We are seeking an **Experienced Flutter Developer** to take a lead role in upgrading an existing mobile application. Your expertise will help enhance the app's performance and user experience. Ideally, you will also bring experience with C# and [ASP.NET](http://asp.net/) Core to contribute to the backend development.

**Responsibilities**

*   Lead the upgrade process of an existing mobile application using Flutter.
*   Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
*   Optimize application performance and user experience.
*   Utilize C# and [ASP.NET](http://asp.net/) Core knowledge to support backend development as needed.
*   Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure smooth operation.

**Required Skills**

*   Proven experience in **Flutter** development for mobile applications.
*   Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design principles.
*   Availability to overlap 3-4h with EST morning time (9am - 2pm)

**Nice to Have**

*   Familiarity with **C#** and **[ASP.NET](http://asp.net/) Core** for backend development.
*   Familiarity with **SQL Server** database tools and concepts.
*   Experience in leading mobile application upgrade projects.
