### Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled **Inbound Marketer** to play a pivotal role in launching a platform for independent real estate agents in Latin America, starting in Colombia. Your expertise will be crucial in driving brand awareness, traffic, and engagement among real estate professionals who are in need of our innovative software tools.

#### Responsibilities

*   Identify and recruit 10 influential real estate agents to serve as Brand Ambassadors and lead our community.
*   Develop and implement strategies to generate a consistent flow of 100 qualified weekly visits through targeted ads and compelling content.
*   Work towards achieving a 5% early access sign-up rate on the traffic captured.
*   Foster engagement by reaching a 20% weekly active user rate within our initial cohort.

#### Required Skills

*   Proven experience in inbound marketing, particularly within the B2B sector.
*   Ability to connect with and understand the needs of real estate professionals.
*   Strong skills in digital advertising and content creation to drive traffic and engagement.

#### Nice to Have

*   Experience working in the real estate industry, especially in Latin America.
*   Familiarity with launching and growing new platforms or products.


This role is initially envisioned as a part-time (20-30 hours per week) engagement for the first 2-3 months. However, if the candidate demonstrates strong performance and achieves key goals, the role may transition to a full-time position thereafter. The specific goals and transition plan will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate
