### About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time **Growth Manager** to help scale a portfolio of Shopify apps, Websays (B2B SaaS), and occasionally support client growth initiatives. This role blends **growth execution, light design work, and experimentation**.

You don’t need to be a “designer,” but you _do_ need to be comfortable creating, updating, and iterating on visual assets quickly using tools like **Canva and AI**.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll work directly with the founder and help turn ideas into shipped growth experiments.

### What You’ll Work On

## Shopify Apps (Primary Focus)
*   Update and optimize Shopify App Store listings  
    Screenshots, feature graphics, GIFs, icons (via Canva)  
    Copy + visuals optimized for conversion
*   Improve install → activation → paid conversion funnels
*   Assist with pricing tests, onboarding improvements, and lifecycle messaging
*   Cross-promote apps where it makes sense
*   Maintain consistency across listings as features evolve

## Design & Creative Execution
*   Create and iterate on:  
    Shopify app screenshots and promo images  
    Simple ad creatives (Meta / Google / LinkedIn)  
    Website visuals, banners, and UI callouts
*   Use **Canva templates** to move fast (not pixel-perfect Figma work)
*   Leverage **AI tools** to generate:  
    Ad concepts and variations  
    Visual mockups  
    Copy + creative combinations for testing
*   Refresh existing assets rather than reinvent everything

## Websays (B2B SaaS)
*   Support landing page and funnel optimization
*   Update visuals and messaging as features launch
*   Assist with SEO content visuals and conversion-focused pages
*   Help improve demo and self-serve sign-up experience

## Paid Media & Testing Support
*   Support paid media efforts by:  
    Producing new creative variations  
    Organizing assets and naming conventions  
    Tracking what’s being tested and what’s working
*   You won’t be the sole media buyer — but you will help fuel testing velocity

## Client Work (Occasional)
*   Design and growth support for select clients when needed
*   Create ad creatives, landing page visuals, or growth experiments
*   No account management or heavy client calls required

## What You’ll Be Responsible For
*   Shipping growth ideas end-to-end (concept → asset → test → learn)
*   Keeping Shopify app listings visually up to date
*   Increasing testing velocity through fast, good-enough design
*   Understanding the numbers behind your work
*   Documenting learnings so wins can be reused across products

## Required Skills & Experience
*   2–5 years experience in **growth, marketing, or SaaS**
*   Strong working knowledge of **Canva**
*   Experience updating:  
    App listings  
    Websites  
    Ads or marketing visuals
*   Comfortable using **AI tools** for creative and productivity
*   Solid understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
*   Strong written English and async communication skills
*   High ownership mindset — you execute, not just suggest

## Nice to Have (Not Required)
*   Shopify ecosystem experience (apps or merchants)
*   App Store Optimization (ASO) experience
*   Basic HTML/CSS or CMS familiarity
*   SEO experience (content briefs, optimization)
*   Experience with tools like:  
    Klaviyo  
    Stripe / Paddle  
    GA4, Mixpanel, PostHog  
    Attribution tools
