### Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled **WordPress Developer** who excels in creating custom themes and plugins using PHP and Elementor Pro. This role focuses on building high-performance, scalable content and video-driven experiences. You will also be responsible for implementing advanced tracking and analytics solutions to support audience measurement and reporting.

#### Responsibilities

*   Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins using PHP and Elementor Pro.
*   Build and optimize front-end components with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for seamless user experiences.
*   Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for precise audience measurement and attribution.
*   Configure custom event tracking and data layers to enhance reporting capabilities.
*   Ensure scalability and performance in content and video-driven environments.

#### Required Skills

*   Expertise in **WordPress development** with a focus on **PHP**, **custom themes/plugins**, and **Elementor Pro**.
*   Strong front-end development skills in **JavaScript**, **HTML**, and **CSS**.
*   Proficiency in **Google Analytics 4** and **Google Tag Manager**.
*   Experience with custom event tracking and data layer implementations.

#### Nice to Have

*   Familiarity with audience measurement and attribution strategies.
*   Experience in developing scalable content and video-driven solutions.
