#### About the role 
We’re seeking a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist (1–3 years experience) to support the marketing team with process-oriented, administrative, and operational tasks. This is a crucial role that ensures the team runs smoothly and efficiently.

#### Responsibilities
- Take notes during internal and client meetings. Draft structured meeting summaries and actionable follow-ups.
- Maintain and polish marketing decks, reports, and weekly updates.
- Assist with "plug-and-play" reporting automation and recurring workflows.
- Support general marketing operations to relieve workload from senior team members.
- Help with light coordination, scheduling, and documentation management.

#### Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project support.
- Clear and concise English writing and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven work style.
- Ability to keep documentation organized and up to date.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.

#### Nice-to-Have
- Experience with scheduling tools, report templates, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with performance marketing environments.
- Ability to support ad trafficking workflows if needed (not required).
