### Role Overview

Join **Moor**, a rapidly expanding yacht-crew employment platform that has attracted over 600 users in just two weeks. As we transition from our MVP to full-scale operations, we are seeking a Senior Technical Leader to spearhead our architecture, scaling efforts, integrations, and provide strategic development direction.

#### Responsibilities

*   Lead the architectural design and scaling of our platform to accommodate rapid growth.
*   Oversee and guide the integration of new technologies and third-party services to enhance platform capabilities.
*   Set the strategic direction for development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from MVP to a scalable solution.
*   Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain platform stability and performance.
