### Role Overview

Join our team as a **Freelance Developer** to enhance and maintain the Dhikr Share app, which is currently in beta testing on TestFlight for iPhone. Your role will involve bug identification and resolution, leading beta testing, and providing primary support to ensure a seamless user experience. 

#### Responsibilities

- **Bug Identification and Resolution**: Reproduce, diagnose, and fix UI, logic, and performance issues on iOS using Flutter, with a turnaround time of 24–48 hours, and same-day resolution for critical issues.
- **Beta Program Management**: Lead the structured beta program by collecting user feedback, prioritizing issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- **Support Management**: Serve as the main contact for support, addressing inquiries promptly and escalating or resolving issues as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**: Develop and maintain test cases, conduct smoke tests on target devices, and verify fixes before release.
- **Release Management**: Prepare TestFlight builds, manage changelogs, and handle App Store submissions as required.
- **Documentation**: Maintain a live spreadsheet tracking issues, status, owner, ETA, and user confirmation.
- **Feature Implementation**: Seamlessly integrate new features or product areas into the app’s ecosystem and test for bugs.

#### Required Skills

- **Flutter Expertise**: Minimum of 3 years in building and shipping Flutter apps for iOS, with strong knowledge of iOS build, signing, and TestFlight processes.
- **iPhone App Development**: Experience in building apps using Swift or React Native alongside Flutter.
- **Faith-App Context**: Experience working on Muslim/Quran/dua/dhikr apps or fluency with related workflows.
- **Quality Assurance Rigor**: Ability to conduct thorough testing, reproduce edge cases, and verify fixes.
- **Responsiveness and Organization**: Ability to meet deadlines, track bugs, and manage user feedback efficiently.
- **Effective Communication**: Provide clear updates via Slack, with concise commit messages and PRs.

#### Nice to Have

- **App Store Connect Expertise**: Familiarity with App Store review processes.
- **Voice/Recitation Input**: Experience with voice input, background tasks, or notifications edge cases.
- **Performance Profiling**: Skills in profiling iOS performance issues like jank, memory usage, and cold start.
- **Social App Experience**: Familiarity with shipping or testing social/community features such as feeds, follows, and real-time interactions.
