**About Us**

We’re building **Soul** — an AI-powered Web3 app for fortune-telling, identity, and social discovery — and other upcoming consumer-facing products in the blockchain space.

**About the Role**

You’ll be our first in-house engineer and the technical backbone of our Web3 apps (starting with **Soul**). You’ll own end-to-end development, from blockchain integrations to backend and frontend, while setting the foundation for our engineering team.

**Responsibilities**

*   Lead technical architecture and development of Soul + upcoming apps.
*   Build blockchain integrations: wallet connection, calling smart contracts, data flows.
*   Develop across stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js), infra (Kubernetes/GCP).
*   Establish engineering best practices
*   Recruit and mentor future hires.

**Requirements**

*   5+ years of fullstack development.
*   Strong blockchain/Web3 experience (Solidity, smart contracts, EVM chains).
*   Familiarity with smart contracts is required but you do not write smart contracts as part of this role
*   Proven track record in consumer apps or startups.
*   Startup mindset: hands-on, independent, fast-moving.
