## **Role Overview**  
We’re seeking a **UX / Product Designer** to design and deliver the customer-facing experience of Overgo. You’ll partner closely with **leadership and engineering** to create an elegant, mobile-first interface for the **MVP (October 1)** and refine it into a polished **Beta (November 30)**. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of usability, aesthetics, and product strategy — someone who can simplify complexity into delightful experiences.

## **Responsibilities**
*   Lead the design of Overgo’s **mobile-first hotel discovery and booking interface**.
*   Work with **leadership and developers** to translate product vision into intuitive user flows.
*   Design the **side-by-side hotel comparison UI**, instant booking flow, and save-hotel functionality.
*   Ensure **high usability** in the MVP while layering polish, micro-interactions, and animations for the Beta.
*   Create design systems and components that balance elegance with speed of development.
*   Collaborate on UX research, testing flows with early users and incorporating feedback.
*   Advocate for the traveler’s perspective, ensuring every design decision aligns with Overgo’s ethos: technology should elevate human hospitality, not replace it.

## **Qualifications**
*   Strong portfolio showcasing **mobile-first product design**.
*   Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred).
*   Experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally travel or lifestyle.
*   Comfort working closely with engineers to translate designs into working front-ends.
*   Ability to balance **scrappy MVP delivery** with a long-term design vision.
*   Startup mindset: collaborative, resourceful, and iterative.
