## Role Overview
We are seeking a top-tier **Flutter Developer** to join our team and drive the development of our newly launched app-first affiliate platform. You will play a crucial role in implementing and delivering high-quality features that enhance our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.

## Responsibilities
*   Take ownership of the development process, implementing pre-mapped features with precision and efficiency.
*   Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into functional features.
*   Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable code.
*   Continuously optimize the app for maximum speed and scalability.
*   Identify and fix bugs to improve application performance.

## Required Skills
*   Proven experience with **Flutter** development and a strong portfolio of successful projects.
*   Expertise in **Dart** programming language.
*   Solid understanding of mobile application design principles.
*   Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
*   Knowledge of version control systems, preferably **Git**.

## Nice to Have
*   Experience in app-first affiliate platforms or similar environments.
*   Understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications.
*   Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
