TrustMedical is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. You'll excel at thoroughly understanding challenges and selecting the optimal solution, coding being just one of your powerful tools.

In this role, you'll build client-facing code while also deeply integrating with and optimizing internal tools and processes running on platforms like Airtable, Heyflow, and Webflow. As a key Full Stack Growth Engineer, you'll collaborate directly with the founders and Growth Design Lead to implement and optimize technical solutions that drive growth experiments across the entire user journey. Your primary goal is building high-performing, reliable systems that enable rapid experimentation and maximize conversion rates.

**What You'll Do:**

*   **Build High-Impact Growth Solutions:** Implement high-converting landing pages (e.g., leveraging Webflow), optimize checkout flows, and develop engaging quiz funnels.
*   Develop upsell/cross-sell features across the customer journey.
*   Create reusable components that enable rapid experimentation.
*   Balance performance optimization with exceptional user experience.
*   Ensure responsive design implementation across all devices.
*   Collaborate with designers to create and implement seamless user experiences.
*   **Develop and Optimize System Integrations:** Integrate deeply with business-enablement platforms including Webflow, Airtable, and Heyflow, as well as connecting our tech stack across Klaviyo, Stripe, and more.
*   Build reliable data pipelines between platforms.
*   Implement comprehensive tracking and analytics solutions across all touchpoints.
*   Automate workflows to increase team efficiency.
*   Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for reliability and performance.
*   Facilitate integration between platforms to support other teams.
*   **Develop and Maintain Data Infrastructure for Growth:** Design and implement data warehousing solutions.
*   Create insightful dashboards and reporting tools for growth analytics.
*   Build systems to capture and analyze user behavior data.
*   Develop A/B testing infrastructure for experiment validation.
*   Ensure data integrity across all systems.
*   Collaborate with data engineers on setting up new data sources and improving data pipelines and reports.
*   **Enable Rapid Experimentation:** Implement multiple technical variations to test conversion hypotheses quickly.

*   Create comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
*   Establish clear testing protocols and standards.
*   **Collaborate Across the Organization:** Work directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives.
*   Partner with the Growth Design Lead to implement design solutions.
*   Provide technical expertise to optimize marketing infrastructure.
*   Share technical insights to improve future growth experiments.
*   Balance rapid execution with code quality and system stability.
*   Support Growth Marketing, Product, Sales, Clinical Operations, and Member Care teams with technical solutions.

*   **Data Engineering & Analysis:** Experienced in building data pipelines and warehousing solutions, skilled in creating visualization tools and dashboards, understands data modeling and database optimization, and can translate business questions into data queries and insights.
*   **Highly Organized and Multi-Tasking:** Able to handle parallel tasks and possesses strong project management skills to simultaneously progress multiple technical initiatives.
*   **Strong Written Communication:** Talent for documenting technical solutions and processes clearly and translating technical concepts for non-technical team members.

**What You’ll Bring:**
*   At least three years of software development experience in an early-stage company.
*   Experience using SaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Google Sheets) to empower businesses.
*   Strong Webflow implementation skills.
*   Proficiency in Javascript, SQL, database management, HTML, CSS, REST, and API development and integrations.
*   Experience with webhook integrations and APIs.
*   Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Klaviyo).
*   Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
*   Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
*   A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
*   Tech-savviness and ability to navigate different software tools (CRM, Airtable, Slack, etc.).
*   Genuine interest in startups and growth.

**Role Details and Requirements:**
