#### About Thrillz:
Thrillz is a real-money mobile gaming platform where players compete in fun, skill-based games for cash prizes. We design and develop all our games in-house—currently a portfolio of 10 fast-paced casual titles—all powered by a shared Unity-based infrastructure.

Our platform supports real-time competitions, player wallets, and dynamic Live Ops systems. We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help us scale both the games and the tech that powers them.

#### What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our product engineering team, you'll work on both sides of Thrillz:
🕹 Game Side – Build fast, fun, polished games with strong retention and monetization loops.
⚙️ Platform Side – Extend and maintain our shared Unity platform that powers all Thrillz games, including Live Ops, economies, rewards, and player engagement systems.

#### Your Responsibilities:
**Platform & Systems**
- Contribute to and evolve the Thrillz Unity platform that powers all our games
- Build and maintain systems like player wallets, rewards, boosters, coin stores, and economy tracking
- Develop reusable Unity packages, UI components, and game frameworks
- Integrate with our backend APIs and services (matchmaking, leaderboards, payments, etc.)
- Implement and manage Live Ops features: remote config, dynamic offers, time-limited events, challenges, and promotions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support Live Ops tools and remote content delivery

**Games**
- Lead development of new games from prototype to launch**
- Ensure tight gameplay, polished UX, and smooth integration with the shared platform
-Optimize games for performance, memory, and loading speed across devices
- Contribute to design and technical decisions that improve player retention and monetization

**Team & Process
- Participate in architecture and roadmap discussions
- Help define and refine best practices for Unity development
- Work closely with designers, artists, backend engineers, and product managers

#### Requirements:
- 5+ years of Unity experience in mobile game development
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity’s UI, animation, and scene management systems
- Experience building scalable systems or tools shared across multiple games
- Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management
- Familiarity with Live Ops concepts: remote config, segmented offers, timed events, and engagement loops
- Comfort integrating third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, attribution, payments, etc.)
- Experience with client-server architectures and asynchronous flows
- Startup mindset: you ship fast, figure things out, and wear multiple hats when needed
- Bonus: Experience in real-money gaming, in-game economy design, or tournament systems
