We’re building experiences that support mental, emotional, and physical resilience. Our current project is a mobile game that combines expressive art and gameplay—blending elements of cozy action, tower defense, and a roguelite progression structure. The game is designed to be emotionally engaging, repeatable, and personally meaningful.

We’re looking for a hybrid technical game designer / Unity developer to help prototype early systems, validate gameplay through hands-on iteration, and integrate real-world health data via APIs. This is a hands-on, creative and technical role focused on shaping how the game plays, feels, and evolves through real testing during early-stage development.

#### What You’ll Do

● Prototype and iterate on core gameplay systems and loops
● Script in Unity (C#) or use visual tools like Playmaker
● Help validate game design concepts through implementation and testing
● Collaborate on gameplay feel, moment-to-moment flow, interactive feedback
● Evaluate mechanics, loops, and pacing
● Deploy iOS builds with Xcode + TestFlight for internal and user testing
● Integrate wellness APIs (e.g., HealthKit, Oura) into gameplay data pipelines
● Support focused playtesting cycles with both the team and early external users

#### What You Bring

○ Proven experience in iOS game development with solid Unity experience (C# scripting or visual scripting)
○ Ability to think like a designer: test ideas, give feedback, improve structure
○ Ability to build mobile-friendly gameplay prototypes quickly
○ Familiarity with Xcode, TestFlight, and deploying iOS builds
○ Experience or willingness to work with HealthKit or other wellness APIs
○ Understanding of CoreML for integrating AI-driven features
○ Knowledge of AVFoundation for working with audio input and processing

● Strong instincts around player motivation, behavior states, and replayability
● Experience working on early-stage game concepts with abstract mechanics
● Some Swift/iOS native knowledge (plugin bridging helpful)
