### Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled **React Developer** to join our team on a contract basis to help rebuild a major business website from scratch. This project involves using **Next.js**, **Payload Headless CMS**, and developing several custom integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong React skills and some full-stack experience.

#### Responsibilities

*   Collaborate with the team to rebuild a major business website from the ground up.
*   Utilize **Next.js** and **Payload Headless CMS** to implement and manage website content effectively.
*   Develop and integrate custom solutions to enhance website functionality.
*   Ensure the website is responsive, high-performing, and user-friendly.
*   Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

#### Required Skills

*   Strong proficiency in **React** and experience with **Next.js**.
*   Familiarity with **Payload Headless CMS** or similar content management systems.
*   Some full-stack development experience.
*   Ability to develop custom integrations and solutions.

#### Nice to Have

*   Experience working on large-scale website rebuilds.
*   Familiarity with the Australian market or based in Australia.
