# Role Overview
We are in search of a skilled **Designer** to create a user-friendly front-end application focused on handling medical referrals. Your expertise will help streamline the referral process, enhancing the user experience for healthcare professionals and patients alike.

## Responsibilities
*   Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the medical referral application.
*   Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the application.
*   Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
*   Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the project's objectives.

## Required Skills
