## **Position Overview**
We’re looking for a **data-driven Growth Marketing Manager** with **10+ years of experience** in **PPC, paid social, SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, and content strategy**. This role will lead **multi-channel marketing campaigns**, optimize conversion rates, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance marketing performance.

## **Key Responsibilities**
✅ **Growth Strategy & Execution** – Develop and implement **multi-channel marketing strategies** that drive revenue and brand awareness.  
✅ **Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing** – Manage **Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn**, and other paid channels, optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.  
✅ **SEO & Content Marketing** – Drive **organic traffic growth** through SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and high-impact content.  
✅ **Email & Marketing Automation** – Manage **email marketing campaigns** and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).  
✅ **Influencer & Partnership Marketing** – Build relationships with **influencers and affiliates** to expand audience reach.  
✅ **Analytics & Optimization** – Track **CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates**, leveraging AI tools for data-driven insights.  
✅ **AI & Innovation** – Test **AI-powered marketing tools** to automate processes and improve efficiency.

## **Qualifications**

✔ **10+ years** in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.  
✔ Expertise in **PPC, paid social, SEO, and marketing automation**.  
✔ Strong analytical skills, comfortable with **Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and attribution modeling**.  
✔ **Proven experience managing large marketing budgets** with performance accountability.  
✔ Ability to **stay ahead of trends** and implement **AI-driven marketing strategies**.
