#### Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with knowledge of the manufacturing industry being a significant advantage. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of software developers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

#### Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Ensure that software solutions meet business needs and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices.

#### Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is highly beneficial.

#### Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software development project management.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or with manufacturing-related software is a plus.

#### Team Structure:
- Lead a team of 5-10 developers.
- Collaborate closely with clients and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
