About the Role

Zealthy is seeking a project-based contract with UX Designer to revamp our communications templates—emails, sign-up flows, and onboarding messages—using Customer.io. This role is ideal for a visual and lifecycle-savvy designer who’s previously executed high-conversion campaigns and is ready to build out templates we can test and iterate.

You’ll work closely with our product and operation teams to bring new templates to life—grounded in performance, trust, and clarity. This is a short-term, high-impact project, with the potential for future engagements.

What You Will Do

• Design and build clean, conversion-optimized communications templates directly in Customer.io
• Apply lifecycle best practices across onboarding, activation, and re-engagement flows
• Complete work within a 3–5 day turnaround, including 1 round of feedback
• Deliver final templates ready for testing and deployment

What You Will Bring

You understand how great lifecycle design drives engagement—and you know how to execute from concept to live send. You bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building email and onboarding flows directly in Customer.io
• Strong visual and content design sensibility—able to balance clean aesthetics with clarity and action
• Comfort working with modular templates, dynamic fields, and responsive layout constraints inside Customer.io
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to turn around quality templates quickly with limited oversight
• Bonus: Experience with healthtech, consumer wellness, or subscription-driven products

Employment Type: Project-Based Contract (W2 only)

Compensation: Total project-based compensation of $200–$300, subject to experience and complexity of the final deliverable
