About Woven Care:

We're the leading provider of multidisciplinary pediatric therapy services in Colorado, serving families along the front range since 2005. We're building an organization by clinicians and for clinicians, together. Woven Care is experiencing rapid growth in Colorado and beyond. Join us!

We are expanding from 14 to 40 clinics over the next three years. To get there, we need a marketing leader who can build a brand that families love and trust, and pair that emotional connection with a disciplined, scalable growth engine that powers our expansion. We care deeply, we move fast, hold ourselves to the highest standards, and work relentlessly hard to achieve our goals. Also, we’re fun…

Opportunity Overview

The Director of Marketing at Woven Care is an extraordinary opportunity to build both the story and the system behind our mission. You’ll define our marketing strategy from the ground up: telling the story of our brand, shaping the narrative, identity, and voice that inspires families, clinicians, and community partners. At the same time, you will build the systems that turn that trust into steady, predictable demand: local referral growth, digital visibility, and high-performance marketing programs. This is a creative-meets-operator role: equal parts taste and rigor, vision and execution.

The Ideal Candidate (is):

  • Is obsessed with story, taste, and emotional connection
  • Believes brand is a trust-engine, not a logo or campaign
  • Also loves building systems, processes, and repeatable playbooks
  • Thrives at the intersection of creativity and ops
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and energized by building from zero to one
  • Curious, analytical, and iterative; you believe in testing, learning, and scaling
  • Has the “it” factor: is determined to win, gritty, resilient, and thrives under pressure
  • Consistently demonstrates low ego, high character and integrity, and a positive attitude

What You'll Be Responsible For

Crafting and Championing the Woven Brand

  • Define and express Woven’s voice, story, visual identity, and value proposition for families, clinicians, referring providers, and new and existing teammates
  • Build content and campaigns that reflect who we are: the heart, optimism, and excellence of our care; build Woven into the most beloved pediatric therapy brand in the country
  • Produce taste-forward brand assets, stories, and experiences

Building and Scaling a Referral Growth Engine

  • Build high-trust systems for pediatricians, schools, and community partners
  • Partner with regional and clinic leaders to deepen relationships in each market
  • Create turnkey referral toolkits: educational content, materials, open houses, and events that help pediatricians and schools connect families to Woven
  • Capture “voice of provider” insights to refine messaging and strengthen trust

Building our Digital and Community Presence

  • Build and optimize our digital presence: local SEO, Google Ads, reputation management, and paid media
  • Create digital experiences that make it easy for families to find and trust us
  • Develop repeatable clinic-launch playbooks that accelerate ramp through pre-open buzz, referral seeding, community partnerships, and digital activation

Driving Measurable, Reliable Growth

  • Partner closely with Growth and Operations to open clinics full
  • Build and maintain clear dashboards for cost per evaluation, referral mix, conversion, and ramp curves
  • Build a test-and-learn culture and scale proven channels
  • Balance near-term acquisition goals with long-term brand equity

Building for Scale and Excellence

  • Hire and develop a world-class marketing team capable of supporting a $200M+ operation
  • Design systems, infrastructure, and processes for a 40+ location footprint
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and creativity
  • Build infrastructure and processes ahead of the growth curve, ensuring speed never compromises taste or quality

What You Can Expect

  • A deeply mission-driven, joyful, high-performance culture
  • The opportunity to build one of the most meaningful brands in children’s healthcare
  • The opportunity to expand access to life-changing care to tens of thousands of children
  • An environment free of ego, micromanagement, and lack of structure

Location and Travel

  • Flexible, with travel to Colorado and regional markets (~5-6x/year)

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience in multi-site healthcare or high-touch services
  • Proven strength in brand building and storytelling
  • Experience with referral-based growth and relationship marketing
  • Hands-on digital expertise (SEO, SEM, paid media, and local reputation management)
  • Strong taste, writing ability, and creative judgment
  • Analytical and data-driven with strong operating rigor
  • Collaborative leader skilled at cross-functional influence

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a lasting impact on families and communities
  • Competitive compensation and bonus
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO and flexibility
  • 401(k) with match

Compensation and Benefit Information

Comp and Benefits: $125,000 USD - $175,000 USD

Our Commitment:

We're one team with one purpose: to build the best children's healthcare organization in the United States so every child can access the care they deserve. Everything we do starts and ends with driving the best clinical outcomes for our patients.

Equal Employment Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other status protected by law. Woven Care uses e-Verify to authorize eligibility for employment.
