By partnering with churches, denominations, Christian networks and local church leaders we empower and transform the underserved, marginalized and those often in greatest need of hope through Christ.

ESSENTIAL PREREQUISITES FOR ALL STAFF MEMBERS
Because World Impact is a Christian missions organization with a written doctrinal statement, World Impact reserves the right to employ only people who are born-again believers in the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and who are in full accord with our ministry's doctrinal statement. Service is at the will of either the staff member or missionary, or World Impact. This means that the staff may quit at any time with or without notice and World Impact may terminate the service agreement at any time with or without notice. There is no promise that service will continue for a set period of time. Nor is there a promise that service will be terminated only under particular circumstances. No one has the authority to make representations inconsistent with this policy. This policy supersedes all written and oral representations that are in any way inconsistent with it. World Impact, Inc. retains the discretionary right to terminate any staff member, including missionaries, at any time and for any reason deemed to be in the best interests of the ministry. These policies do not constitute a contract, expressed or implied, to continued employment, and said policies do not alter the status of any at-will service member under the laws of the state.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, with a minimum of 5-8 years of highly relevant experience, and relevant industry certifications and/or training.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will influence World Impact’s (WI) role as a thought leader in the world of urban ministry as well as establish an excellent user experience in its digital ecosystem. S/He is responsible for maintaining and improving engagement on digital channels/platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, strategic, tactical, content-driven, engagement-focused, scientific, CRM-fluent, and have a fundraising-first mindset, (detailed as follows):
- Creates and executes digital engagement strategies to drive improved fundraising initiatives, brand and program awareness, social growth, email list building, and website traffic. 25%
- Builds and maintains SEO-optimized WordPress/Elementor websites. 20%
- Manage and improve the use of email platforms, content, and analytics for multiple audiences. 15%
- Track and report on cross-channel campaigns to inform fundraising and marketing decisions. 15%
- Travel for industry-related events and organizational gatherings. (4-10 trips annually) 10%
- Other duties as assigned. 10%
- Internal and external skills and spiritual growth, and job-related administrative work. 5%

Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary Work. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; lift minimum 10 pounds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpersonal
- Works closely with other teams to ensure strategic, creative, and technical goals are achieved.
- Demonstrates a curiosity and drive to engage digital audiences in the mission of World Impact.
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies, culture, and activities.
- An encouraging collaborator who motivates and inspires others while implementing processes that drive results and achieve departmental objectives.
Operational
- Experienced in multi-channel content strategy, content marketing, social media, creation, and execution.
- Experienced in digital lead generation, lead nurturing, lead conversion, and print integration.
- Plan and execute ongoing tests to improve conversion, engagement and loyalty through A/B testing, customer segmentation, cart abandonment strategies, remarketing, and more.
- Create and present weekly, monthly, and seasonal analyses of campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Make recommendations to optimize website performance based on site metrics and industry best practices.
- Manage marketing requirements of new marketing landing pages or page templates and components.
- Respond to customer, vendor, and follower requests and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Google Analytics 4 experience: campaign set-up, data analysis, and generating recommendations.
- Manage email nurture program leads across the World Impact portfolio.
- Contribute to the Advancement team’s efforts to grow World Impact’s donor-base and loyalty.
- Interface directly with in-house and external vendors to move projects forward.

Salary range $60,000-$65,000, commiserate on location and experience
