🎯 Role Overview
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will architect VWO’s story in the market, sharpen our positioning, enable customer advocacy, arm the sales organization with ammunition and fuel growth across product lines.
🚧 Key Responsibilities
Lead GTM plans for new features, major product updates, and new modules, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to define positioning, enablement, packaging, and launch roadmaps.
Spearhead creation of compelling, differentiation-rich messaging across verticals. Define clear value propositions for experimentation, personalization, and analytics. Own the VWO website from a content and conversion perspective, develop frameworks to evolve the website constantly in line with changing product and market dynamics.
Project manage the development of and deliver battlecards, decks, case studies, ROI calculators. Build training regime for customer facing teams and calibrate messaging based on buyer personas and motion types (product-led, enterprise-led).
Guide the team to run research on market trends. Develop processes to capture customer insights through interviews, behavior patterns, and competitor analysis and feed them back to Product.
Collaborate with Content Team to produce playbooks, whitepapers, blogs, webinars. Represent VWO at conferences/events to reinforce industry leadership.
Define and optimize key outcomes: product adoption, sales velocity, win rates, deal size lift, GTM effectiveness of the overall messaging and positioning.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure VWO’s value is clearly articulated and aligned with customer needs.
📌 Qualifications
10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing leadership, ideally in the Martech space.
Proven success in launching SaaS products/features end-to-end—from positioning and packaging to execution and performance management.
Proven expertise and comfort in translating technical product capabilities into customer impact stories.
Skilled in working within product, engineering, sales, and enablement teams to coordinate GTM execution.
Excellent analytical abilities for interpreting market signals and GTM metrics; ability to make informed, iterative adjustments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft narratives that resonate with executives and practitioners alike.
