Senior TECH Web Designer (Remote · Full-Time)

Voxfor is an AI-powered hosting & automation platform. We ship fast and care about outcomes. We need design leadership (not code).

You will

• Design high-converting landing pages & product/plugin pages for AI/hosting.
• Build design systems (tokens, components, grids) for web & dashboards.
• Lead UX flows, wireframes, prototypes that reduce friction and boost CTR.
• Own brand visual language (hero art, iconography, micro-animations).
• Collaborate directly with founders & devs for pixel-perfect handoff.
• No agencies. Individual candidates only.

Must-have

• Figma expert: auto-layout, variables/tokens, components/variants, prototyping.
• Portfolio with SaaS/AI/hosting or complex tech (real shipped work).
• Conversion mindset: hierarchy, copy placement, pricing, forms, trust cues.
• Strong responsive & accessibility fundamentals; aware of Core Web Vitals.
• Clear written English, fast iteration, sharp attention to detail.

Nice-to-have (not required)

• Webflow or WordPress assembly for live mocks; Lottie/Rive direction.
• Tailwind/React handoff literacy (speaks dev without writing code).
• Light illustration/icon systems; motion guidelines.
