VivaValet is an age-tech start up in the scale up phase that supports the elderly, or “Olders”, to live independently. Our goal is to provide a selection of VETTED and TRUSTED services through an easy to use Older co-designed app that makes it easier and safer for Olders to live their most fulfilling, independent lives at home. We also support and give peace of mind to the adult children of Olders in hiring the best non-medical care for their parents. Each service partner is validated through a rigorous pre-qualifying process to ensure they deliver the highest calibre of service, are aligned with the company’s values, and prioritizes the safety and care of our customers.
Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and passionate person to lead marketing strategy for the growth of the company. We seek someone who is adept at creating, implementing, and troubleshooting marketing strategies. Experience in managing both internal and external parties to achieve the marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes
- in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and
- monitoring the competition.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing email, social media and
- display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against
- goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the
- insights
- Develop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and optimized spend and performances based on insights
- Manages internal and external team to create landing pages and optimize user
- experience
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
- multiple channel and customer touch points for campaigns.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content
- creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity,
- social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationship, partner, and collaborate with key industry players, agency
- and vendors
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Develop, optimize, and manage budgets
- Oversee and approve marketing materials.

- Be able to operate on the ground in Arlington Heights and the greater Chicago area as well as virtually.
Desired background and experience:
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digitalcampaigns that engage, inform, and motivate users in a B2C environment
- Managing process and teams (both internal and external)
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, performance motivated yet customer focused.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Budget management skills and proficiency
- Familiar with financial planning and strategy
- Knowledge of website analytic tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Understanding of both traditional and emerging market channels.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the
- field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiar with the latest trend, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web
- design, production etc.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in performance based digital marketing
- Certification / Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing related field
- More than 3 year experiences as Marketing Manager
- Added advantage with start-up or scaling up company’s experience
