They specialize in direct mail, digital marketing and mobile footprint marketing, using a deep understanding of client data — including transaction history, customer profiles, digital and mobile behavior, and campaign performance — to create precisely targeted campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time. We append trillions of data points per week to enhance and enrich client data, combining multiple sources to build rich customer profiles and improve targeting accuracy.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a fully remote Account Manager who combines strategic insight, leadership, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role that involves managing a dynamic portfolio of client accounts and collaborating closely with account coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and campaign execution.
You’ll be responsible for driving campaigns from concept to successful completion, building strong client partnerships, leading strategic planning, interpreting data insights in collaboration with our data team, and working cross-functionally with digital, production, and creative teams with support from account coordinators. You will help ensure campaigns, meet client objectives and contribute to business growth.
This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs, contribute to campaign development, and drive measurable growth through targeted direct marketing strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of direct marketing/ direct-to-consumer marketing is highly preferred
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including client coordinators, data analysts, data providers and production teams
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills — able to connect data to campaign decisions
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with customer relation management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot and project management tools such as Asana or Wrike. (training provided)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage all levels of client stakeholders — from executives to marketing managers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets and financial aspects of client campaigns
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience.
50,000 – 65,000 depending on marketing background + bonus based on performance
