Job Title: Global Programs Marketing Specialist
Location: Fully Remote Role
Duration: 06- Months Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $35 Per Hour on W2

JOB PURPOSE:
As part of the Global Programs team, you will be working with stakeholders around the globe to coordinate and help with the execution of our webinars and roadshow events. You will work with field marketing teams to activate full funnel programs using consistent GTM messaging through standardized programs. And you will gain exposure and work directly with field marketing, global campaigns, digital, partner marketing, customer marketing, sales and more.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
• Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24 and Salesforce preferred)
• Data management tools (Tableau, 6sense, experience highly desirable)
• Proficiency with Excel
• Strong analytical abilities. Manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience to orchestrate and manage a program that consists of multiple projects, delivering on time and on budget
• History of working with Regional/Field Marketing teams a plus
• Excellent time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating at all levels of stakeholders and groups
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support project management efforts for Global Webinars and Roadshows by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
• Assisting with webinar and roadshow event activation across our marketing channels; paid, organic, email, sales outreach and social
• Global webinar execution using the On24 webinar platform and maintenance of our webinar hub (platform training provided)
• Manage the distribution and upload of leads into Salesforce generated by different marketing tactics and channels to ensure appropriate follow up and validation.
• Help with building and maintaining our global field standardization program guide, ‘Anything in a Box’
