Position Overview

As the Product Manager of Member Protection Services, you will serve as the strategic leader overseeing our comprehensive protection suite, including:

• LandLord Bundle programs
• Identity theft protection services
• Home warranty solutions
• Pet Insurance offerings

You will be the subject matter expert responsible for driving program excellence, member satisfaction, and business growth across all protection service lines.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8+ years of experience in product or program management within financial services or insurance
• 5+ years of specific experience with protection services (property, identity theft, home warranty)
• Proven leadership track record with strategic thinking capabilities
• Deep understanding of property management operations
• Strong business acumen and member-centric mindset
