Day to Day responsibilities:

• Partner with the agency to execute, optimize, and report on integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner with PMMs, Creative/Brand, and Data Science for product roadmaps, insights, creative, and testing.
• Campaign reporting and optimizations.

Years of experience required: 8-9 years of experience

Top 3 tech skills:

1. Marketing Platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, etc.
2. Familiarity with data manipulation and general finance.
3. Ability to clearly communicate through multiple channels such as email, Slack, and written documents.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to accelerate the awareness adoption and usage of our products. As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, you'll play a foundational role in driving growth across the customer journey— crafting and scaling awareness, driving high-quality sign-ups, and increasing active usage through targeted campaigns, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

You’ll join a cross-functional team, leveraging deep customer insight, analytics, and a test-and-learn mindset to turn go-to-market strategies into real-world traction. This role is ideal for a performance marketing and growth marketer who thrives in a product-led environment and is passionate about AI, collaboration tools, and enabling self-serve, global adoption at scale.

1. Establish rapport with the cross-functional team and external agencies that support our campaign execution
2. Understand the user journey for key personas for each product
3. Develop a high-confidence multi-channel marketing campaign to hit brand awareness and user activation goals
