General summary:
Providing seamless interaction with internal and external customers in a highly responsive matter with a focus on providing maximum customer satisfaction, maintaining and growing existing customer base, ensuring thorough knowledge of key business drivers of the core customer base, designing, developing and implementing creative solutions to address broader customer issues, and identifying growth opportunities to further expand base revenues with a focus towards energy transition and ESG products.
Key responsibilities:
Strive to maximize customer satisfaction while simultaneously achieving company goals
Manage/cultivate customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Analyze market/competitor trends to pro-actively identify business threats and opportunities and assist in implementing strategies to address competitive threats and capture business growth/revenue opportunities
Assist in executing strategies designed to drive revenue generation and earnings growth taking into consideration issues such as customer needs, the physical capabilities of the Company’s assets, federal and state regulatory environments as well as broad economic and market trends
Ensure thorough knowledge of key business drivers impacting core customer base
Responsible for re-contracting or assisting others in re-contracting existing customer base
Effectively inform commercial issues and strategies to customers and leadership
Understands tariff and regulatory requirements
Implementation of key Regulatory strategies (through active negotiations with customers)
Assists management with a wide variety of special studies, reports, data requests, and special projects on an ad-hoc basis

Job criteria:
Education & experience
10+ years of experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge, skills, & abilities
Knowledge of natural gas and other related energy markets including but not limited to supply and demand, logistics, regulations, and operations.
Ability to work in a flexible way that allows for changes in assignments and priorities depending upon identified needs of the unit.
Ability to work independently or within a team setting.
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters. Flexibility to
work effectively in a changing environment.
