The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintain paid marketing campaigns to achieve new user acquisition and retention targets for driver and student marketing and support carrier demand generation through performance B2B Lead Gen activities.
The day-to-day duties and responsibilities:
- Day-to-day creation and management of paid campaigns across Paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage job board advertising campaigns to ensure application volumes and key cost-per-metrics are achieved (cost-per-application, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Maintain a strong understanding of supply and demand through internal reporting and cross-department relationships to ensure optimal driver and student pipelines.
- Strategize and test new channels to hit weekly lead gen targets.
- Rigorous A/B & multi-variant testing to determine what combination of ad copy and landing page experience generates the best conversion rates and downstream results.
- Report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics from cost per lead/cost per MQL to downstream cost per hire/cost per enrollment. Turn insights into actions to form new test ideas against key KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing, product, recruiting, and data teams to ensure a cohesive user journey.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a general marketing or paid marketing role
- Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
- Experience with programmatic ad partners.
- A/B & Multi-variant testing across ad copy and landing pages
- Strong analytical mindset
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
About you:
- Experience with app install campaigns and mobile measurement partners (MMPs)
- Experience working in a ‘hiring at scale’ lead generation marketing role.
- Experience with job board advertising and or programmatic job board partners (Appcast, Joveo, Recruitics, etc.).
