Installing, commissioning, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.
Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
Optimizing sorting systems/processes through sampling and testing.
Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses by introducing complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services.
Serving as a liaison between customers and Headquarters, gathering and providing market feedback to continuously improve customer service and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Vocational education and training (VET) in electricity or electronics / computer science / or similar
2-3 years work experience in industrial environment
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
Advanced IT and network skills
Affinity for computer programs, healthy logical understanding to understand contexts
A certain talent for communication when dealing with people - in our case these are customers
Socially outgoing, ability to handle stressful tasks
Fluent in verbal and written English
Willing to travel for at least 80 % of the time, based on a flexible schedule
Full clean driving license essential
Knowledge of recycling processes is a plus
