The ideal candidate demonstrates the following core competencies:
Conference and Event Planning. Demonstrates the ability to strategize, organize, and execute successful events by coordinating logistics, engaging attendees, and ensuring seamless execution.
Content Development. Exhibits proficiency in creating compelling and relevant content across various channels to effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
Marketing Technology Proficiency. Demonstrates proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Utilizes technology to streamline marketing processes, personalize patient experiences, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Project Management Skills.** Effectively plans, executes, monitors and controls projects to achieve specific goals and deliverables while efficiently using resources and adhering to deadlines.

The Role: In a Nutshell_
As a Marketing Generalist at TimeDoc Health, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including event planning, content development, product marketing, and sales collateral creation. Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Operations,, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
Plan and execute events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee engagement strategies.

Content Development:**
Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that educates and resonates with our target audience.

Product Marketing:**
Support product marketing efforts by creating compelling messaging, positioning, and sales collateral for our solutions.
Develop product-related content, such as product guides, feature announcements, and demo scripts, to support sales enablement.

Sales Collateral Creation:**
Design and produce sales collateral, including brochures, data sheets, and presentations, to support the sales team's efforts.
Ensure sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
